Opened in 1972 with the promise of a comfortable, attractive lifestyle, the 195-unit apartment complex has evolved into a community of friends and neighbors to become an integral part of downtown Baton Rouge. Owned and operated by Catholic-Presbyterian Apartments, Inc., a Louisiana nonprofit corporation, the H.U.D.-financed facility benefits from the guidance and spiritual support of the Catholic Diocese and First Presbyterian Church.
