These are located on the first floor community area and are provided for the use and enjoyment of our residents.

Requirements

CATHOLIC-PRESBYTERIAN APARTMENTS is open to any person 62 years of age or older, single or married (one member of an elderly household must be at least 62 years of age), regardless of race or religion. All applicants are required to submit a physician's verification of their ability to function in an independent living environment; each resident must be capable both physically and mentally of maintaining their apartment. An applicant's gross income must be within the range established by the Federal Government and verified by the staff at CATHOLIC-PRESBYTERIAN APARTMENTS. The actual rent is based on 30% of the resident's income, subject to the minimum and maximum allowable rents.
